- The house has four bedrooms. Two with double bed and private bathroom and two with single bed. It also has 2 cribs that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children in cribs. - There are 4 bicycles: 2 for children and 2 for adults. It has 2 fans. - The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The kitchen communicates with the living room but also has an access door to the outside to the barbecue area. - The air conditioning is only in the living room and not in the whole house.

The villa "Retiro", which is situated in Canhas, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a whirlpool (available upon request and for a fee), a garden and a barbecue. The pool can also be heated upon request and for a fee (please contact the host). There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Air conditioning is not available, parties and pets are not allowed. The accommodation is situated in a residential area, please be considerate of the neighbours. Beach/pool towels are provided.
